Doors open 90 minutes before the event.. All Ticket purchasers will be contacted via e-mail a few days prior to the event date with additional program details. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. All i-DOL & NEVERLAND Tickets and Ticket contents are non-transferable. The artist, show and venue reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. All sales are final. All merchandise will be distributed at the show; some exceptions may apply. Merchandise is not required for venue entry. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase. Commemorative laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The commemorative laminate does not gain or authorize access into the venue or any backstage areas.
