Bill Halverson, a much-loved and renowned recording engineer and producer, has been scammed and is a victim of a crime, which has left him in serious financial trouble, changing his 81 year old life. A number of his friends from the music community are coming together to help raise money for Bill and his partner Elizabeth.The need is URGENT to help with basic expenses and get them back on their feet. Bill has worked on many critically acclaimed rock records, starting with the live recording of Creams Wheels of Fire and their album Goodbye. Then came work withCROSBY, STILLS, NASH and CROSBY, STILLS, NASH j Vu, 4 Way Street. Other credits include Jimi Hendrix, Joe Cocker, Chuck Berry, Bill Withers, Vanilla Fudge Live. Studio work included Stills 1 and 2, Claptons first album, Tom Jones, and many others.During the latter stages of the #BuffaloSpringfield, we were producing our own songs. And I learned a lot from Bruce Botnick and @jim.messina. Then I started working with @BillHalverson. He would get me up from the board and make me sit down and mix.
