I studied Vocal Jazz Performance in college and Im obsessed with gowns, books, candles and Sarah Vaughanno yoga no Sarah no yoga. Oh, I also have A.D.D. Thats it in a nutshell.If youve ever met me, you know Im a talker. Speaking has brought me to colleges and universities like Harvard, Spelman, Temple, Rutgers and many others. Ive been honored to speak on panels with organizations like The NAACP, The Congressional Black Caucus, Girl Scouts of America, VH1 Save The Music, The American Heart Association, Beauty Con NYC, The World Hair Show, Essence and more.
