Liverpools own Billy J. Kramer burst onto the British music scene in 1963 with a string of hits written by John Lennon Little Children.Billy was discovered by The Beatles manager Brian Epstein at The Cavern Club. Epstein teamed Billy up with The Dakotas, with George Martin producing his initial 1960s hits. More than fifty years later, he is still in the game. He is hard at work on his first new album in a decade and has put together a new touring band.Billys show features all the classic hits, his favorite songs from the rock and roll era, and his new country-infused material.Life in the music business is a rollercoaster, and Billy describes both the pitfalls and the pleasure in his autobiography Do You Want To Know A Secret?.
