Pursuant to the City of San Jose's Health and Safety directive, all event attendees 12 and over are required to show proof of vaccination upon entry to SAP Center. For details on this policy, please visit http://www.sapcenter.com/safety/proof-of-vaccination. Attendees confirm and attest that at the time of the event, all individuals in my party who are 12 or older attending the event will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after final dose). Face coverings are required for guests, regardless of vaccination status, per local government order. Attendees agree to assume full liability for any risks incurred before, during and after the event and agree to the current Terms of Use and the Event COVID-19 Waiver.
