ONEW is a South Korean singer and the leader of the K-pop group SHINee. His warm, emotive vocals have been a defining element of SHINees musical identity. He contributed to numerous hit albums, including Sherlock (2012), which featured Sherlock (Clue + Note), ranked No. 6 on Billboards list of The 100 Greatest K-Pop Songs of the 2010s. His contributions also extend to iconic tracks such as Replay (Replay, 2008), Ring Ding Dong (Year of Us, 2009), and View (Odd, 2015), as well as The Story of Light: Epilogue (2018), which was named one of Billboards The 25 Greatest K-Pop Albums of the 2010s. In 2024, ONEW released FLOW, showcasing his soulful voice and versatility. Following this, he dropped CONNECTION in 2025, featuring the lead single Winner and emphasizing his continued evolution as an artist. Known for his ability to blend heartfelt ballads with smooth pop and R&B, ONEW continues to push boundaries and remains a standout figure in K-pop.
