The Capitol Theatre and Garcia's COVID-19 Policy: All patrons must show proof of full vaccination OR Negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of entry. Photo ID required for patrons 18 and over. All patrons are encouraged to wear a mask. All staff are fully vaccinated. Getting your vaccine is the quickest way for our community to get back to what we do best -- being together!
