NO clear bag policy, No backpacks. Due to PCI compliance and protecting card holder data, unable to process sales over the phone or email. In addition to Ticketmaster.com, guests can purchase in person at the Palms on event days beginning at 3pm. Guests can purchase for any future event when the Box Office is open. All-In price online is similar to all-in price in person.
