If you do not receive an e-mail a few days prior, please contact WallowsVIP@aegpresents.com All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. The venue, artist, package provider, and promoter reserve the right to terminate this agreement with or without cause, and without penalty. All packages and package contents are non-transferable; some exceptions may apply. All VIP merchandise will be distributed at the show, some exceptions may apply. VIP merchandise is not required for venue entry. All VIP programs and times may vary market-by-market and are subject to modification at any time for any reason. Information provided at the time of purchase (name, address, e-mail, etc.) is the same information that will be utilized for individual contact requirements as applicable.
