Lacy J. Dalton is an Americana and alt-country singer-songwriter whose powerful voice and heartfelt songs have resonated with audiences for decades. Her iconic tracks include 16th Avenue (an anthem for Nashville songwriters), Crazy Blue Eyes, Hillbilly Girl with the Blues, Takin' It Easy, Everybody Makes Mistakes, and the global hit Black Coffee. She earned the ACM's Top New Female Vocalist award in 1979, three Bay Area Music Awards, a Platinum Record with Willie Nelson's Half Nelson, and two Gold Records supporting Hank Williams Jr.'s Five-0 Tour. Her independent release Last Wild Place Anthology reached #1 on both the World Independent and American Western Music Charts. A member of the North American Country Music Association International Hall of Fame, she was also honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Josie Music Awards. In 2024, she released For The Black Sheep, a moving collection celebrating unity and acceptance.
