Los Angeles based saxophonist, composer, producer, and photographer Stratøs brings his unique band to The Goldfish for the first time. Having embraced the melodies of the Cool School early in his development, Stratøs now leaves behind a unique sonic imprint as a producer. His affinity for analog textures is felt not only in his music, but his photography. By combining the two, he’s created an artistic ecosystem brimming with life. The three-time "Herb Alpert Young Jazz Composer Award," "Johnny Mandel Prize," and "National Sawdust New Works Commission" winner has formed a group that takes all of his musical influences and merges them to create something wholly new.
