From his humble beginnings spinning disco, funk, and soul at local block parties in Englewood, Chicago, Dunn has risen to become one of the most prolific DJs, producers, and remixers of his generation. In 1987, Dunn made his mark on the scene with his debut release, "Dance You Mutha" on Westbrook Records. This marked the start of a prolific career that has seen him produce and engineer for a multitude of artists, and release numerous tracks on labels such as Nervous, Nitestuff, and Tribal America. Dunn's sound is characterized by its raw energy and innovative use of sampling and production techniques.
