This exclusive listening event with Kacey Musgraves is available only to American Express® Card Members. Simply pay with your valid American Express® Card when purchasing your tickets. American Express® Prepaid Cards are not eligible. Tickets are strictly limited to two (2) per Card Member. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and/or tickets canceled without notice. Any minor attending the event must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Any resale of tickets to a 3rd party is strictly prohibited. Tickets are sold by and fulfilled by third party ticket sellers (not American Express), and such tickets are subject to the rules, terms and conditions, prices and fees set by the ticket seller, event promoter and/or the venue. Tickets are subject to availability. All sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges. Upon arrival, Card Members may be asked to present the American Express® Card that was used for ticket purchase. By purchasing tickets for this event, you hereby (i) understand and acknowledge that the show will be taped and otherwise filmed, photographed and/or recorded by Kacey Musgraves and American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. (“Amex”), and (ii) grant permission to Kacey Musgraves and Amex to use your image, voice, video representation or other likeness as embodied in such footage, for any reason, without limitation.
