Versus: EARTHGANG (Dreamville) in Lisbon - B.Leza, January 25 - European Fantasy Tour. It is not a European Fantasy. Lisbon is actually a Dreamville. Olu and WowGr8 are EARTHGANG, a duo from Atlanta that needs no introduction. Their story began in 2010 with the EP “The Better Party” and from then on there were countless comparisons with various members of the Dungeon Family. No greater compliment could be paid, especially when Georgia's legitimacy justifies it. It's a fact that you can hear a bit of Outkast or Goodie Mob in their sound and that can only be a good thing. Opening act of the “4 Your Eyez Only World Tour”, presence in COLORS Studio, collaborations with Ari Lennox, J. Cole, Future, Pharrell Williams or CeeLo Green are some of the details that mark a story where JID, 6LACK, Mereba or Benji are also main characters, since day one. Their latest studio album is “GHETTO GODS”, but recently they also gave us (together with Snakehips) the EP “SNAKEGANG Vol. 1”. In short, Olu aka Johnny Venus and WowGr8 aka Doctur Dot, are ATL's finest on steroids. Authentic, insurgent and unusual. January 25th marks the debut of EARTHGANG in Portugal.
